UKIPO London Office Relocating to Canary Wharf

The UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) has announced that its London office will relocate from 10 Victoria Street to 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, effective Monday, 3 November 2025.

The new premises will be part of a Government Hub housing around 6,000 civil servants, supporting the Government’s wider initiative to consolidate the Central London estate. The move aims to improve collaboration between departments and optimise the use of office space across government.

The UKIPO has confirmed that, as the London office does not receive or process applications, the relocation will have no impact on customer operations or application processes, nor will it affect the organisation’s wider business activities.
